A delta robot is a type of parallel robot which consists of three
arms connected to universal joints at the base. The robot consists
of substrate, motor cover, rotary shaft, main manipulator, vice
arm, gripper center, etc.
The robot adopts the motor type belt conveyor and achieves
positioning, attitude recognition and accurate capturing of the
target workpiece through the robot vision system positioning and
conveyor system encoder feedback. A number of conveyor lines can be
running at the same time as per beat and site requirements.
The robot mounting frame is used to secure the robot body, whose
structure and installation method will be determined according to
the field application customization.
The working space of the Delta robot is determined by the length of
the main arm and the sub-arm, the radius of the moving platform and
the static platform, and the range of the active arm's angular

The delta robot system can realize multiple functions including but
not limited to smart pick, rapid sorting, item packaging and
material handling. Such robot system can be applied in all kinds of
food packaging production line, drug sorting and collection,
